BTS’ hit single “Permission to Dance” is already off to a quick start on Billboard’s charts, debuting at No. 1 on the Billboard Hot 100, Global 200 and Global Excl. U.S. charts in July, and now is has more reason to celebrate: it led the inaugural Hot Trending Songs charts, powered by Twitter and sponsored by Remy Martin, over the past 24 hours and seven days, as the charts went live at noon ET Friday (Oct. 22).

“Permission to Dance,” released on HYBE/BigHit Music/Columbia Records, debuted at No. 1 on the Billboard Hot 100, Global 200 and Global Excl. U.S  charts. I also got 1.1 million Twitter mentions over the past seven days, and 231,000 mentions over the past 24 hours.

Among other tracks competing for No. 1 on the Hot Trending Songs charts, BLACKPINK’s LISA is off to a fast start with her two debut solo singles “Money” and “Lalisa.”
